Thermal Expansion 3 is a total rewrite of the popular Thermal Expansion mod, which adds many helpful machines, power management items, and item transport features. While most of the machines from Thermal Expansion 2 are still present, the mod introduces its own energy system, Redstone Flux, rather than using Buildcraft MJs like the previous version. Along with this are new Dynamos to generate Redstone Flux, Flux Capacitors to transport it, and Energy Cells to store it.
